Career
At Platon, I have worked with Information Lifecycle Management, ILM, for 5 months now and it is a pleasure to be part of a team that approaches the task with such a high level of professionalism, integrity, confidence and in a good collegial atmosphere. That, in sum, is what makes Platon such a really cool company to be a part of!
Daily working life
My educational background includes a degree in HRM, with an emphasis in knowledge management, which I have worked with for approx. 6 years now. My workdays are challenging and many-faceted, and at Platon there is a very high ceiling for possibilities. There are always more and different things to learn, so in relation to career and professional development possibilities, I definitely feel that there is “space” here. I treasure the fact that Platon continuously gives priority to professional development, providing ballast, understanding and development of competency networks that can be brought into play when the tasks need to be carried out. And that is a really good card to have when as a consultant you have to work on the move.
Colleagues
A really striking thing for me about Platon is the good everyday atmosphere, and despite all the many goings on, there is room to consult with, listen to and associate with each other in a fantastically pleasant manner. In addition, Platon places a substantial emphasis on social events, so I can without exaggerating brag that they have the most fun and most lively company-arranged happenings that I have ever participated in.
