For security reasons, passwords in our customer database in the encrypted form, so we are unable to read them. If you forgot your password, the only option is to change it (password reset). Because we need to verify customer identity, password change takes place only through the official company technical support.

You can contact us:

  • sending an e-mail to podpora@platon.sk address from your authorized contact address, which is filled on your customer account; the requests for password change sent from unauthorized e-mail address will not be accepted
  • calling +421 222 111 321; in this case please keep ready two last invoices sent by our company, certain invoice details will be required to verify your identity
  • via regular post; we accept only applications authenticated by the signature of the statutory body and official company stamp
  • password changes to the Control Panel via IM (Instant Messaging) or via Live Chat are not supported

New password to the Control Panel will be temporary only.
After the first login you will be asked to change it to your own password.
