Transferring domain from current registrar to another is very simple. Just ask your current registrar for a domain transfer authorization code (AuthID) and then forward it to the new registrar.
If this domain is under an existing account, it is necessary to send this request from an authorized email. Authorized email is considered to be the one that is listed in our administration interface (Control panel) at customer's account.
If you are a new customer, please send us at email@example.com with AuthID your contact details (name, company name, address, ID, phone, email) to create an account.
